Level of Access to Data

Level of Access to data is self explanatary in which when some data has been done, an organisation may want to control the amount of users that can access the data in question. This can be done in many different ways whether it is from stiking a password onto the data and then giving the password to people who atually have a valid reason of why they would need to access that particular data.

An example of this would be if the organisation has given someone some data that they need and someone else may want to look at the data means that the organisation will need to have the access on the data controlled by themselves.

The way that it would work to keep data secure is that if there are a few users who have access to the data than it means that they are able to track who has the ability to use the data and who is not able to use the data.
