How software and network security can keep systems and data secure?

Use of Backups basically is a process which basically means to duplicate a folder/files in which they will then act as a recovery method for any fodlers/files. This is because there will be more than place that the files have been backed up on mutliple back up whether it is backed up on the PC or whether it is backed up on any websites that have the ability to hold a certain amount of information.

 

An example of this would be that someone has decided to back up thier work they may either back it up on their PC or even on a back up site such as Drop Box, Outlook and also CodeGuard. 

 

The reason why this can help protect data is that if the user has backed up their information than there will always be a multiple copy of that particular data so that in the event that something was to happen with the original version of that data than they would be able to use the back up version.
